Chateau Aeronautique Winery & Blue Skies Brewing

Desiring to grow its own grapes and having outgrown the original hangar at the Jackson location, Chateau Aeronautique in 2017 built a new 8,000-square-foot winery/tasting room/brewery on 26 acres in the Irish Hills. The theme is vintage airline — the bartop is a 1974 German glider wing, and vintage airline destination posters adorn the walls. Produces estate-grown wines.
