Home Cadillac Winery
Cadillac’s 10-acre vineyard was planted in 2011, with the winery opening in 2013. Cadillac Winery grows cold-hardy varieties like Marquette and Brianna as well as a few traditional European varieties such as Riesling, along with raspberries, strawberries, rhubarb, and apples that are harvested for hard cider. The team has added a small brew system and an outdoor taphouse that will serve beer, hard ciders, and Pucker Fizz, all from the expanded outdoor service area.
Upcoming additions include a new manufacturing building with a barrel room and a covered patio. The new construction will allow the tasting room space to increase by 75%, and the patio will host regular live music.
