Bløm Meadworks

Bløm Meadworks (pronounced “bloom”) makes what it calls session meads and ciders — light, dry, carbonated and sessionable, fermented like a dry craft cider so the result isn’t as thick or sweet as traditional mead. The same ingredients as a traditional mead are used — honey, water and yeast. That means sourcing all-Michigan ingredients.
